How to add sessions to your agenda
  • Log in to the WebexOne Virtual Event or Mobile App.
  • Select the Agenda feature (on the left side of the screen on a browser, or among the icons in the mobile app)
  • Scroll through the Agenda to find sessions you’d like to attend 
  • Tap the plus (+) icon next to a session to add it to your Personal Agenda. 
  • Click into each session for additional information including location, description, speakers, and more 
  • You can also tap the plus (+) icon in a session to add it to your Personal Agenda 
  • Note: For select sessions in the In-Person Training Program, your Personal Agenda acts as a seat reservations.  For all other In-Person sessions (Breakouts), your Personal Agenda your session "watchlist", but seats will still be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Select My Agenda at the top of the main Agenda page to view sessions added to your Personal Agenda 
What is WebexOne 2023?

WebexOne is a three day in-person and virtual event. It’s the preeminent destination for experiencing the transformative power of AI and driving the future of hybrid work and customer experience. For the past 3 years, WebexOne has been a virtual event. This marks the first year for a hybrid event that includes an in-person experience in Anaheim, California that you won’t want to miss!

What are the dates and times of WebexOne 2023? 

WebexOne will be held October 24-26, 2023. 

  • The event kicks off on Tuesday, October 24 at 5:00 pm PT and ends on Thursday, October 26 at 5:00 pm PT. 

  • The training program (only available in person with a Full Pass + Training ticket) kicks off on Tuesday, October 24 at 8:00 am PT.

  • The virtual program kicks off on Wednesday, October 25 at 9:00 am PT and ends on Thursday, October 26 around 4:00 pm PT.

Where will WebexOne take place? 

WebexOne is both virtual and in person for the first time this year! The in-person event will be hosted at the Marriott Anaheim, just one block away from Disneyland, California. Select event content will also be available to experience virtually from anywhere on our Webex Events platform. Onsite space in Anaheim is limited and is expected to sell out, so it’s recommended you register as soon as possible to secure your spot! 

Who should attend WebexOne? 

Everyone is welcome at WebexOne! You might find the event especially interesting if you’re focused on succeeding at hybrid work and optimizing collaboration, or if you are responsible for customer experience and delivering personalized digital-to-human interactions. 

There will be keynotes from inspiring leaders and industry luminaries. There are approximately 40 breakout sessions that will appeal to a wide range of audiences, from business leaders to IT decision makers, IT admins, HR, facilities, developers, customer success professionals, event professionals, and more. 

The training and hands-on labs program is primarily geared towards Webex administrators and IT staff who manage the solution architectures.

Will content be available on-demand after the event?

Yes. After the event concludes, content will be available on-demand in the WebexOne 2023 event platform. Registration will be required to access the content, so even if you can’t attend the live in person or virtual event, it is recommended that you register to secure access to the on-demand content.

When will the on-demand content be available?

On-demand content will be available a few weeks following the event. All registrants will be notified via email and on the event website, when the on-demand content is available to access. 

Will any content be broadcast live without registration required?

Yes. The opening keynotes will be broadcast live on Wednesday, October 25 and Thursday, October 26 on select social media channels. However, due to restrictions for certain speakers, some segments may not be available. We strongly encourage you to register and watch the keynotes live within the event platform to get the full experience (including live chat, polls, and more). No breakout sessions will stream outside of the event platform. 

What hybrid event platform will WebexOne be hosted on?

WebexOne will be hosted on Webex Events.  Webex Events (formerly Socio) gives event professionals the event tech needed to power every stage of the event planning & execution process.

What time zone is the event held?

The in-person event is held in Anaheim, CA which is in the Pacific Time zone. The virtual event will also be held in the Pacific Time zone. If you are unable to join in person, you are invited to watch virtually, either live or on-demand, depending on which time zone you are in. Captions in 30+ languages will be supported by the Webex Events platform, both live and on-demand.

What languages are supported at WebexOne?

The Webex Events virtual event supports 30+ languages, both live and on-demand.

How much does it cost to attend WebexOne? 

The in-person event has a value of $1,295 and there are discounted rates over the following phases for the Full Pass ticket:   

Early Bird, August 1 – August 31 = $249

Standard, September 1 – October 15 = $349

Last Chance, October 16+ = $549 
Our Virtual Pass for the event is complimentary and open to all attendees. Select sessions and content will be streamed in the event platform.

Do you have special pricing for the Government and Public Sector?

Yes. Government and Public Sector have a discounted rate of $249 across all dates, while supplies last.

How much does it cost to attend the training & hands-on labs program?

The Full Pass + Training ticket includes access to the full event plus all training sessions and hands-on labs. This program is available for in-person attendance only, with pricing as follows:  

Early Bird, August 1 – August 31 = $349

Standard, September 1 – October 15 = $449

Last Chance, October 16+ = $649 

There are no ticket options that include only the training & hands-on labs program alone. 

Are the training & hands-on labs offered in the Virtual Pass as well?

No. The training & hands-on labs program will only be offered for in-person attendees and is not available virtually. 

What does the Full Pass ticket to WebexOne include? 

The Full Pass ticket includes the following:

  • Live keynotes & breakout sessions

What does the Full Pass + Training ticket to WebexOne include? 

The Full Pass + Training ticket includes everything from the Full Pass (above) plus:

  • Full access to the training & hands-on labs agenda, running October 24-25.

What does the Virtual Pass to WebexOne include? 

The Virtual Pass ticket includes admittance to the daily keynotes, select breakout sessions, and 1:1 virtual meeting opportunities.

When will the Virtual Pass ticket be available for registration?

The Virtual Pass registration option will be available in the September timeframe. Once available, notification will go out via email and on the event website,

When can I schedule my sessions? 

There will be an opportunity to choose sessions through the WebexOne 2023 agenda builder. As soon as the agenda builder opens, attendees will be notified via email and on the event website, 

Can I add the event to my calendar? 

Yes, please click the "Add to Calendar" button on the registration page or through your registration confirmation email. 

Will there be a mobile app for the event?

Yes. All attendees joining the in-person experience will be able to connect using the Webex Events mobile app. The mobile app will launch in October, and all attendees will be notified via email when it’s available, including instructions on downloading and using the app.

Can I attend multiple broadcasts virtually? 

While you can't attend simultaneous sessions, content will be available on-demand after the event for you to catch up at your leisure.

I am unable to pay by credit card, is there another way to pay?

The WebexOne in-person ticket payment is by credit card only. There will be a Virtual Pass available for free that does not require payment.

I need a receipt for my ticket, how do I get that?

After registering for WebexOne, your confirmation will include an automatic payment receipt.

I can no longer attend. What is the cancellation policy? 

For in-person registration, if a fee was paid, a full refund will be eligible for cancellations up to Monday, October 9th. Cancellations after this date, as well as no-shows, are ineligible for a refund.

For virtual registration, no cancellation is necessary. It is encouraged that you stay registered so you can still access the on-demand sessions following the event.

I can no longer attend. Can I send an alternate in my place? 

Yes. If you are no longer available to attend the event, you are welcome to send an alternate to attend in your place. If you plan to send an alternate, advance notice is preferred. Any alternates will be required to agree to the event terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes, alcohol will be served at our evening events. You must be 21 years of age to attend WebexOne. 

What is the closest airport to the Anaheim Marriott?

Anaheim is conveniently served by several airports near the event venue. The nearest airport to the Anaheim Marriott is the John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Santa Ana which is 8.1 miles away. Other nearby airports include Long Beach (LGB) (13.3 miles), Los Angeles (LAX) (30.4 miles), Burbank (BUR) (37.8 miles) and San Diego (SAN) (84.5 miles).

Are there discounted hotel rooms available?

Yes. The preferred hotel is the Anaheim Marriott, where the event is taking place. WebexOne attendees will be offered a group rate as part of the registration process, but space is limited so we recommend booking right away! The Group Rate is $252 per night plus taxes and fees. You will be provided the instructions to book your hotel following registration.

What is the Anaheim Marriott's cancellation policy?

The hotel’s standard cancellation policy is 72-hours. If canceled within the 72-hour window, guests will be charged a fee of 1 night room & taxes. There is also an early departure fee. If guests need to shorten their stay, they must do so prior to checking in otherwise they are subject to the early departure fee which is 1 night room & taxes.

Are you offering discounted Disneyland tickets for attendees to purchase?

Yes! WebexOne attendees are eligible for discounted Disneyland tickets, valid for visits from Thursday, October 19 through Monday, October 30.  You can use this link to take advantage of this special discount. 

The Anaheim Marriott is sold out. What other hotel options are there?

The hotel provides convenient parking options, allowing you to leave your vehicle worry-free and focus on the event.

What are my ground transportation options in Anaheim?

There are many ground transportation options in Anaheim including rideshare, car rentals, taxis, and public transportation. The Anaheim Marriott also provides various transportation options, including shuttle services to nearby attractions like Disneyland Resort, making it easy for you to explore the city!
