How do I log in to the WebexOne virtual event?

Virtual attendees can access the WebexOne event app on the web. Please note that Google Chrome is recommended. Use the event app to watch Keynote and Breakout sessions, find agenda updates, speaker profiles, event details, and enjoy exploring a variety of fun features!

How do I build my agenda?

Building your agenda is the same whether you're using the WebexOne event app on your phone, tablet, laptop, or browser.

  1. Download the WebexOne event app for iPhone, Android, or access on the web.
    • Google Chrome is recommended for the best web experience.
  2. Select Agenda from the main page.
  3. Scroll through the Agenda to find sessions you’d like to attend.
  4. Click the plus (+) icon next to a session to add it to your Personal Agenda.
    • Be sure to have notifications turned on.
    • Click into each session for additional information including location, description, speakers, and more.
  5. Select My Agenda at the top of the main Agenda page to view sessions added to your Personal Agenda.
What is WebexOne 2024?

WebexOne is an annual in-person and virtual event that takes place over four days. It’s an event focused on AI collaboration and customer experience, and it features a range of activities such as insightful breakout sessions, technical training courses, hands-on labs, inspiring keynotes, epic entertainment, a solutions showcase and expo, customer awards, meet the experts, 1:1 executive meetings, a partner program, and more!

What are the dates and times of WebexOne 2024?

WebexOne will be held October 21-24, 2024. A complete agenda will be provided closer to the event.

  • The training program (only available in person with a Conference PLUS Training ticket) kicks off on Monday, October 21 at 8:00 am.
  • The main conference kicks off on Tuesday, October 22 at 4:30 pm ET and ends on Thursday, October 24 at 4:15 pm ET.
  • The virtual program kicks off on Wednesday, October 23 at 8:45 am ET and ends on Thursday, October 24 at 4:30 pm ET.
Where will WebexOne take place?

WebexOne 2024 is going to be bigger than ever before, and will be available for both in-person and virtual attendees. The in-person event will take place at The Diplomat Beach Resort, a stunning beachside resort located in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area of Hollywood, Florida. For virtual attendees, select event content will be available worldwide on our Webex Events platform.

Due to limited onsite space, it's recommended to register early to secure your spot before it sells out.

Who should attend WebexOne?

Everyone is invited to attend WebexOne! The event will feature informative keynotes, breakout sessions with industry leaders, and inspiring AI speakers.

The event appeals to a wide range of audiences, including business leaders, IT decision makers, IT administrators, HR representatives, facilities managers, developers, customer success professionals, and event professionals.

The training program (Webex Academy) is geared towards Webex customer and partner administrators and IT staff who manage the solution architectures.

When will the full agenda be released?

When will the full list of speakers be released?

Will content be available on-demand after the event?

Yes. After the event concludes, select content will be available on-demand in the WebexOne 2024 event platform. Registration will be required to access the content, so even if you can’t attend the in-person or virtual event, it is recommended that you register for the Virtual Pass to secure access to the on-demand content.

When will the on-demand content be available?

Select on-demand content will be available shortly after the event. All registrants will be notified via email and on the event website when the on-demand content is available.

Will any content be broadcast live without registration required?

Yes. The opening and closing keynotes will be broadcast live on Wednesday, October 23 and Thursday, October 24 on select social media channels. However, due to restrictions for certain speakers, some segments may not be available. We strongly encourage you to register and watch the keynotes live within the event platform to get the full experience. No breakout sessions will stream outside of the event platform.

What hybrid event platform will WebexOne be hosted on?

WebexOne will be hosted on Webex Events (formerly Socio). Event professionals trust Webex Events to power their event programs end-to-end, on a single platform.

What time zone is the event held?

The event will take place near Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Both the in-person and virtual events will be held in the Eastern Time Zone. If you cannot attend the in-person event, you can join the virtual event either live or on-demand.

How much does it cost to attend WebexOne?

The in-person event is offered at discounted rates over the following phases for the Conference Pass:

  • Early Bird, May 22 – July 12 = $599
  • Advance, July 13 – August 30 = $699
  • Full Price, August 31 – October 24 = $799

Our Virtual Pass for the event is complimentary and open to all attendees. Select sessions and content will be streamed on the event platform.

How much does it cost to attend the training and hands-on labs program?

The Conference Pass PLUS Training includes access to the full event plus all training sessions and hands-on labs.

This program is available for in person attendance only, with pricing as follows:

  • Early Bird, May 22 – July 12 = $999
  • Advance, July 13 – August 30 = $1,099
  • Full Price, August 31 – October 24 = $1,199

There are no ticket options that include only the training & hands-on labs program alone. Last year’s Training Tickets sold out fast, so we suggest registering early before they sell out again.

Can I use Cisco Learning Credits as a payment option for a Conference Pass PLUS Training Ticket?

No. There is no option to use CLCs as a payment option for WebexOne tickets for 2024.

Do you have special pricing for the Government and Public Sector?

Yes. Government and Public Sector have a discounted rate of $249 across all dates, while supplies last. Government/Public Sector Conference Pass PLUS Training have a discounted rate of $649 across all dates, while supplies last.

Will there be a virtual registration option in 2024?

Yes, WebexOne will offer both in-person and virtual ticket options to accommodate your specific needs. Virtual registration will open in October.

Are the training and hands-on labs offered in the Virtual Pass as well?

No. The training & hands-on labs program will only be offered for in-person attendees and is not available virtually.

What does the Virtual Pass to WebexOne include?

When will the Virtual Pass ticket be available for registration?

The Virtual Pass registration option will be available in October. Once available, notifications will go out via email and on the event website, webexone.com.

Can I add the event to my calendar?

Yes, please click the "Add to Calendar" button on your WebexOne 2024 confirmation email.

Do you have any info to help convince my manager or budget owner to approve my attendance?

When can I schedule my sessions?

There will be an opportunity to choose sessions and add them to your agenda through the WebexOne 2024 mobile app and web app. As soon as this is available, attendees will be notified via email and on the event website, webexone.com.

When can I schedule my Training sessions?

The ability to reserve training sessions and labs within the WebexOne 2024 mobile app will be available closer to the event. Attendees with a Conference Pass PLUS Training ticket will be given ample notice by email and within the WebexOne 2024 mobile app when the feature is available, including detailed instructions to register for classes and labs.

Will there be a mobile app for the event?

Of course! All attendees joining the in-person experience will be able to connect using the WebexOne 2024 mobile app. The app will launch in September and all attendees will be notified via email when it’s available, including instructions on downloading and using the app. Virtual attendees are welcome to use the mobile app, but we suggest using the web app for an optimal WebexOne experience.

Why can't I log in to the WebexOne mobile app or web app?

There may be an issue with your company's SSO verification that's set up through Webex. To resolve this issue, please get in touch with your IT administrator directly to have them troubleshoot.

Alternatively, if you have a personal email address you would like to use, please get in touch with webexonesupport@freeman.com so we can update your registration to reflect your personal email. Once updated, you can create a free Webex account with that personal email and log in to the WebexOne mobile app and web app. Sign up for a free Webex account here.

Can I attend multiple broadcasts virtually? 

While you can't attend simultaneous sessions, content will be available on-demand after the event for you to catch on your own time.

I’m having difficulties registering for WebexOne. Who can I contact?

I am unable to pay by credit card, is there another way to pay?

The WebexOne in-person ticket payment is by credit card only. There will be a Virtual Pass available for free that does not require payment.

I need a receipt for my ticket, how do I get that?

After registering for WebexOne, your confirmation will include an automatic payment receipt.

I can no longer attend. What is the registration cancellation policy?

For in-person registration, if a fee was paid, a full refund will be eligible for cancellations made greater than 30 days before the start of the event. Cancellations made within 30 days from the start of the event are ineligible for a refund.

For virtual registration, no cancellation is necessary. It is encouraged that you stay registered so you can still access the on-demand sessions following the event.

In case of emergency will WebexOne still take place?

While we do not foresee cancelling WebexOne, there is always the risk that circumstances outside of our control may require us to curtail or cancel some or all aspects of the program.  If this is the case, we will communicate as promptly as possible to attendees.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes, alcohol will be served at our evening events. You must be 21 years of age to attend WebexOne.

What kind of accommodations will WebexOne provide for attendees?

WebexOne strives to accommodate all attendee needs where possible. If you have any dietary restrictions, please include that information during the registration process. Please also include any special accommodations you may need (hearing, vision, mobility, etc.) during the event. If you have any questions or concerns, contact webexonesupport@freeman.com.

Hearing: We will have an ASL interpreter for all keynote sessions and some of our most popular breakout sessions. Please let us know if you require further assistance.

Vision: The Diplomat Beach Resort provides braille on elevators and in public areas, as well as audible alarms in hallways. If you require additional visual assistance, please let us know during registration.

Mobility: The Diplomat Beach Resort provides numerous accessible rooms, spaces, and services to all guests. Attendees who require assistance at WebexOne will have additional time to get settled before all keynote sessions.

Dietary: We aim to accommodate everyone's needs and restrictions by offering diverse menu options. Appropriate signage on catering tables will list specific ingredients. Please let us know your dietary restrictions during registration.

Translations: In-person and virtual attendees can listen to keynote and breakout sessions via the WebexOne app, which features 30+ languages live and on-demand. Please note that there will be a slight delay when listening to translated sessions via the app for in-person attendees. See the full list of languages here.

Lactation room: A dedicated lactation room will be available for nursing mothers. The room is designed to provide a private, comfortable, and clean space for breastfeeding or pumping.

Quiet/Interfaith room: We will have a dedicated quiet/interfaith room available for attendees who wish to take time away from the event for quiet reflection, prayer, or meditation.

What is the closest airport to The Diplomat Beach Resort?

Several airports are conveniently located near The Diplomat Beach Resort. The closest airport is the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) which is 7.7 miles away and roughly a 22-minute drive. The Miami International Airport (MIA) is another option 22 miles away, but please be aware that heavy traffic out of Miami could add extra commute time.

Do tickets include the price of a hotel?

Tickets do not include the cost of a hotel. Upon registering, attendees will receive a confirmation email, which will include our discounted hotel options. Each hotel link will lead to a private booking site where attendees can secure a room, pending availability.

We advise you to book your accommodation after registering, as space is limited and will fill up quickly.

What is The Diplomat Beach Resort’s cancellation policy?

The Diplomat Beach Resort will accept cancellations of reservations up to 3 days prior to arrival date and promptly refund deposits if notice is provided prior to 4:00 p.m. The Diplomat Beach Resort shall allow substitution of attendees under any reservation without any charge.

To cancel or make changes to your reservation, log into your registration profile and cancel via passkey directly. Otherwise, you are welcome to call the hotel to make cancellation/changes.

If The Diplomat Beach Resort is sold out, what other hotel options are there?

The parking garage features 8 stories of parking, and two electric vehicle charging ports on the 2nd floor of the Parking Garage's entry side. In/Out privileges for the parking garage are permitted for overnight resort guests only. In/Out privileges not permitted for hourly parking.

Can I plan personal vacation time, hybrid working, or a company gathering during the days prior to or after WebexOne?

Yes! The Diplomat Beach Resort has extended our special room rate for three nights prior and three days after the official dates of the WebexOne program (Monday 10/21 through Thursday 10/24). This means that attendees can enjoy additional time there, whether for hybrid work, company gatherings, or personal or family vacation - as long as rooms are available. To book a room, use the passkey link provided at registration or reference WebexOne if calling the property directly.

How do I request a Visa Support Letter?

You can request a Visa Support Letter to accompany your visa application to attend WebexOne by webexonesupport@freeman.com. Your registration must be paid for in full before your letter can be issued.

Please note that requesting a visa invitation letter does not guarantee that your local authorities will grant a visa to attend WebexOne. Additionally, you are responsible for submitting your visa application to your local embassy/consulate; conference management will not submit it on your behalf. All requests are subject to review and approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for requests to be reviewed.
