We encourage customers to self-nominate. In addition, Cisco employees and partners can submit a nomination on behalf of a customer with the customer’s consent.
Yes, you can! Just make sure that you submit a separate nomination form for each award category and ensure that each nomination form only includes content specific to that award.
The Webex Customer Awards are for Webex customers only, unless specified in the award. We encourage Partners to nominate their customers.
Please see each award category for specifics. In general, submissions that include measurable outcomes and real-world impact of Webex collaboration or customer experience solutions will be ranked most competitively.
The Webex Customer Awards program is a global program, and we welcome submissions from all regions.
The Webex Customer Awards recognize both the company and individuals. The Webex Luminary award recognizes individuals while the other categories recognize a company.
The deadline to submit nominations is July 10, 2026 at 11:59PM CT.
The customer does not need to be registered for WebexOne to be nominated, but finalists must attend the conference in person to be eligible to win.
The winner will be chosen through a popular vote by attendees registered for WebexOne 2026. Only those who are registered attendees will be eligible to vote.
Finalists will receive a complimentary WebexOne 2026 Conference Pass (excludes Training).
Yes, all award finalists must attend WebexOne 2026 in person to be eligible to win.
The winners will be publicly announced at WebexOne 2026 at the Fairmont Austin hotel. The awards ceremony will be a live, in-person event on October 8 at WebexOne 2026.
Winners will receive a trophy and will be featured in a series of Webex Customer Awards blog articles. The winner may also be featured in other marketing or promotional materials.
