As Chief Executive of McLaren Racing, Zak Brown has overall responsibility for the business, including strategic direction, operational performance, marketing, and commercial development. In his role, Zak leads McLaren’s direction and involvement in professional motorsport, spearheaded by the McLaren Formula 1 Team. Operating at the pinnacle of global motorsport, McLaren uses the white heat of competition to drive innovation and develop synergies across the group.
Born and raised in California, Zak raced professionally around the world for 10 years before developing his skills in motorsport’s business and commercial worlds.
In 1995, he founded JMI, which grew to become the largest and most successful motorsport marketing agency in the world. When JMI was acquired by CSM (a division of Chime Communications) in 2013, Brown became the company’s Chief Executive Officer. He then relinquished that post to embark on his journey at McLaren in the winter of 2016.
A passionate racer, collector, and enthusiast, Brown also sits on the board of Cosworth Engineering and competes and races as a partner and driver in Anglo-American racing team United Autosports.

A gifted karter, Lando Norris remains the youngest driver to ever set a pole position at a national meeting, won the Super One Series’ ‘O’ Plate in 2010, then in 2012 he became Formula Kart Stars champion and runner-up in the MSA Super One British Championship.
A year later, he won titles in the CIK-FIA KFJ European, CIK-FIA KFJ Super Cup, WSK Euro Series KFJ, CIK-FIA International Super Cup, and World Karting Championship. In addition, he became WSK Masters Series vice-champion and made history by becoming the youngest karting world championship winner, taking the CIK-FIA KF World Championship title at the age of 14, an accolade previously held by triple world champion Lewis Hamilton.
His graduation to single-seaters has only underlined that initial promise. In 2016, he won a slew of single-seater championships—Formula Renault 2.0 Northern European Cup, Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup, and the Toyota Racing Series Championship in New Zealand.
He then crowned his season with perhaps the most prestigious award presented to any promising young racing driver—the coveted McLaren Autosport BRDC Young Driver Award.
In 2017, Lando joined the McLaren Honda Formula 1 team as a test and simulator driver and continued to secure multiple victories in junior categories.
In September 2018, it was announced he would partner Carlos Sainz at McLaren the following year. After a remarkable rookie season, the 20-year-old began his second full season with the McLaren team in 2020. 17 races and a podium-finish later, Lando helped the team clinch P3 in the Constructors' Championship.

Daniel Ricciardo’s motorsport journey began, like so many, glued to a television. In his case, this was often a late-night indulgence, watching Formula 1, NASCAR, and all forms of motorsport at home in Perth, Western Australia. Bitten by the bug, he began karting aged nine and moved into Formula Ford at 15.
Daniel relocated to Europe, contesting Formula Renault 2.0 Italy in 2007. After a learning year, he won the Formula Renault 2.0 WEC title in 2008 and followed in the footsteps of many all-time greats by winning, in 2009, the British Formula 3 title. A few weeks later he made his F1 testing debut, topping the timesheets for Red Bull Racing in the Jerez young driver test.
As Daniel’s F1 journey progressed, he continued to rack up impressive achievements, including the crowning moment of his career to date: winning the 2018 Monaco Grand Prix from pole position, despite driving half the race with a crippled car, down on power, losing gears, and with failing brakes.
Since switching to McLaren for the 2021 season, Daniel has become the most experienced Australian F1 driver of all time, overtaking Mark Webber with his 116th race start at the 2022 Spanish Grand Prix. It was on his 102nd start that he delivered what he has since referred to as “the biggest moment of my career”—even more significant than his Monaco victory in 2018.
Gregarious by nature, and not disposed to taking himself too seriously, Daniel has always been a firm favorite with fans, media, and his teams—but when the visor comes down, the Honey Badger is a fierce competitor indeed.

Jeetu Patel is Cisco’s Executive Vice President and General Manager of Security and Collaboration. He leverages a diverse set of capabilities to lead strategy and development for these businesses and owns P&L responsibility for this multibillion-dollar portfolio. He is helping to redefine Cisco's SaaS business and strategy to further accelerate the company's transformation and growth.
He has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in enterprise software, building cloud-native applications while developing and delivering against long-term strategies. Prior to Cisco, he was the Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Box, leading the company’s product strategy and vision for cloud content management in the enterprise.

Fran Katsoudas oversees critical functions that instill Cisco's conscious culture, contribute to the company's overall performance, and advance Cisco's purpose to power an inclusive future for all. The strategic alignment of functions within Fran's organization ensures holistic care for the well-being of Cisco's people and extends Cisco's reach to positively impact communities everywhere. Fran has extensive experience leading organizational transformations, driving large scale growth, and cultivating successful leaders and teams. Javed Khan is SVP and GM of Cisco’s multi-billion-dollar Collaboration business which includes the Webex App, Webex Devices, Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center. He brings 20+ years of enterprise and consumer product leadership to Cisco.
Previously, Javed led Cisco’s Cloud Calling business and was responsible for the strategy and execution of product management, development, and partner operations. Prior to that, he led the Webex Meetings business unit, driving many transformative initiatives including developing a single meetings platform and modernizing the Webex experience.
Javed came to Cisco from Symantec where he served as the VP of Enterprise and Consumer Security products.
Javed holds an MS in Computer Science and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Jonathan is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Cisco’s Enterprise Networking and Cloud (EN&C) team and Mass-Scale Infrastructure Group (MIG). He leads an organization that builds optics, hardware, software, and systems innovations for the largest and most advanced networks in the world. The team helps enterprise, service provider, public sector, and hyperscaler customers transform and digitalize their businesses with best-in-class networking; deep cloud automation; and seamless, premium user experiences across all networking and cloud offerings. Jonathan is co-author of the bestselling book, "Voice over IP Fundamentals," and is a frequent speaker at high-profile industry events. He frequently shares his observations and insights about the industry through Twitter and blogs.

Aruna Ravichandran is SVP and CMO for Webex. She brings unique parallel expertise in technology and marketing, blending her computer engineering background with a deep customer focus and a business philosophy that delivers results.
She is a change agent and recognized authority on hybrid work, with a track record of guiding customers, partners, and global teams through workforce and technology transformations.
Aruna’s experience spans more than two decades—building SaaS and digital routes-to-market and expanding addressable markets—for companies including HP, Juniper, CA Technologies, and Cisco.
Aruna has authored two pioneering books on DevOps, is a contributor for Forbes.com, and is a multi-award honoree, including Top 100 Most Influential Women in Silicon Valley 2016, and the National Diversity Council’s 2016 Most Powerful and Influential Woman.
Aruna holds an MBA and an MS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a BS in Computer Science from Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT). She was also a graduate of the esteemed CMO Leadership program at Kellogg Business School in 2019.

Snorre Kjesbu is Vice President and General Manager of Webex Devices at Cisco, leading a worldwide organization responsible for the collaboration devices business ranging from IP phones to immersive video systems. His passion for design with over 20 years of engineering experience are at the core of Snorre's belief in always providing authentic user experiences. Prior to his return to Cisco, Snorre was Executive VP of Design, Creation, and Fulfillment at BANG & OLUFSEN in Copenhagen. His résumé also includes SVP at Tandberg and being responsible for R&D on wireless communication at ABB. Snorre holds a Master of Science from the University of Bristol and has been a guest lecturer at the Stanford Network Research Center in Stanford University.

Lorrissa is Senior Vice President and General Manager for Webex Calling and Contact Center. She leads a global team responsible for the future strategy and growth of both product portfolios. With the rise in hybrid work, Lorrissa is laser focused on innovation to deliver next-generation solutions with Webex.
Prior to this role, Lorrissa drove the product evolution of the Webex App. She and her team brought together best-in-class team collaboration with calling, meetings, messaging, and more—transforming the modern work experience with a single app which empowers people to work from anywhere.
Lorrissa brings more than 16 years of experience in product management, leading teams at both Cisco and Microsoft. During her career, she has contributed to productivity software, natural language processing, machine learning with search and NUI experiences, hardware development for sound and video, analytics, and business applications for human capital management. She is extremely passionate about innovation and has a track record of thinking outside the box with the development of 10 patents over her career.

Jono Luk is Vice President of Product Management with Webex. This is Jono’s second tour of business with Webex! He currently runs several teams in the Webex business including the Product Management (PM) group that delivers Webex’s Contact Center and Customer Engagement offerings; the PM team focused on empowering customer administrators, Security & Compliance teams, and Cisco’s partners to deploy and manage Webex; and the PM team responsible for ensuring Webex’s solutions are available to customers across all countries/markets and government sectors. Prior to re-joining Cisco, he was VP of Product at Truveta—a Seattle healthcare technology startup seeking to save lives with data. At Truveta, Jono’s team built the core product that enabled healthcare data to be brought together from many disparate healthcare systems and sources, then harmonized and anonymized for the purposes of advanced clinical research at a scale never seen before—all while protecting patient privacy.
Director, Product & Growth, Vidcast
Nikki Heyder is currently Director of Product & Growth for Vidcast, Cisco Collaboration’s new asynchronous video messaging application. Prior to joining the Vidcast team, Nikki was the product management lead for Cisco's Webex Contact Center and Contact Center AI solutions. Nikki came to Cisco via the Voicea acquisition where she ran Product Marketing and Strategic Partnerships for their innovative, AI-driven, speech-to-text translation engine. Additionally, Nikki also ran Outbound Product Management at Oracle Data Cloud (formerly BlueKai). A UCLA graduate, Nikki is also an avid runner and just finished her first marathon this summer in Berlin.

Geoff Huang is VP of Product and Solutions Marketing for Webex. His expertise spans industries, from networking and security to collaboration, with a special interest in distilling complexity into simplicity. Prior to Webex, Geoff was SVP Product for Sift, a pioneer in deploying machine learning in the fight against online fraud and abuse. In his role, Geoff was responsible for product marketing, product management, and design and played a key role in creating the Digital Trust & Safety market category. Before Sift, Geoff led product and product marketing teams for companies like RingCentral, VMware, F5 Networks, and Juniper Networks, focusing on go-to-market execution. Geoff started his career as an engineer at Cisco, where he developed networking and infrastructure security products. A lifelong learner, Geoff has literature, engineering, and business degrees from UC Santa Cruz and UC Berkeley.

Sonu Arora is currently a Director of Product Management for Webex Calling with over 15 years of progressive experience in executing key technology strategies. She is passionate about delivering world-class collaboration solutions to organizations around the world. She is a proven leader in technology, with engineering experience in unified communication. Prior to Cisco, Sonu led product and program management at Microsoft delivering solutions in Skype, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Infrastructure. Sonu graduated from York University and resides in the Seattle area with her family.

Courtenay Godshall leads product marketing for the Webex customer experience portfolio at Cisco. In this role, she drives strategy and execution of initiatives to educate customer-driven enterprises about the powerful capabilities of innovative Webex solutions that empower them to create lasting, memorable relationships with their customers.
Prior to joining Cisco, Courtenay held marketing leadership roles at cloud software (SaaS) category leaders who leverage AI/ML and big data analytics to provide unique value to Fortune 500 customers in the biotechnology, renewable energy, oil and gas, finance, retail, and consumer goods industries.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sudarshan Dharmapuri is VP Product Management for Webex CPaaS Solutions, previously imimobile. Sudarshan has a proven track record of conceptualizing, defining, building, and launching successful new enterprise software products in both emerging and established market categories. Prior to Cisco and imimobile, Sudarshan worked in engineering and product management roles at Oracle and Siebel Systems in the Silicon Valley. Sudarshan holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in computer science.

Zack Taylor is Sr. Director of Strategic Communications for Cisco’s Contact Center Business Unit. In this role, he is responsible for the planning, development, and communication of the unit’s business-relevant solutions to key internal and external constituents. He is a published author on numerous Call Center technologies, and is a featured Cisco blogger (see all his posts here). Zack is a Satmetrix-certified Net Promoter® practitioner and a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP). A frequent speaker in the Call Center and Collaboration marketplace at industry and customer events, he has authored nine U.S. patents and four European patents on call center innovations.
