Frequently asked questions.

Who can nominate a customer for a Webex Customer Award?

We encourage customers to self-nominate; in addition, Cisco employees and Partners can submit a nomination on behalf of a customer with the customer’s consent.

Can I submit more than one nomination for the same company?

Yes, you can! Just make sure that you submit a separate nomination form for each award category and ensure that each nomination form only includes content specific to that award.

Are Cisco Partners eligible to submit for the Webex Customer Awards?

The Webex Customer Awards are for Webex customers. The Webex Partner Awards celebrates Cisco Partners, and the submission process for the Partner Awards program will be announced later.

How are winners selected?

Please see each award category for specifics. In general, the best submissions will have metrics and quantifiable benefits of using Webex collaboration and/or customer experience solutions.

Is this program limited to a specific geographic region?

The Webex Customer Awards program is a global program, and we welcome submissions from all regions.

Do the Webex Customer Awards recognize a company or an individual at the company?

The Webex Customer Awards recognize both the company and individuals. The Webex Luminary award recognizes individuals while the other categories recognize a company.

When is the deadline to submit a nomination?

The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, August 16, 2024 at 11:59PM ET.

Does the customer need to be registered for WebexOne 2024 to be nominated for an award?

The customer does not need to be registered for WebexOne to be nominated, but finalists must attend the conference in person to be eligible to win.

What do I get as a Webex Customer Awards finalist?

As a finalist, you and a representative from your company will receive:

  • Two (2) complimentary in-person WebexOne registration tickets
  • Hotel accommodation for select days for two (2) people.
  • A finalist gift

To remain compliant with Cisco’s gifting policy, government and public sector finalists are not eligible to receive these amenities.

Do I need to attend WebexOne 2024 to win?

Yes, all award finalists must attend WebexOne 2024 in person to be eligible to win. Winners will receive a winner's gift.

When and where will the winners receive their awards?

The winners will be publicly announced at WebexOne 2024 at The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood in the Miami area. The awards ceremony will be a live, in person event at WebexOne 2024 and can also be streamed by virtual attendees. Winners will receive their gift in person. Stay tuned for the exact date and time of the ceremony.

What will a winning organization or individual receive?

Winners will receive a trophy, a winner’s gift, be featured in a Webex Customer Awards ebook, blog article, and/or other marketing or promotional materials.
